Dominate deep-water jigging with the SHIMANO TORIUM JIGGING SPECIAL conventional reel. Engineered for maximum control and efficiency, this powerhouse reel is built on the rigid HAGANE Body platform, virtually eliminating flex to deliver full cranking power against powerful game fish.

The TORIUM JIGGING SPECIAL introduces two critical upgrades for jigging enthusiasts: the Spool Lock and the Auto-Clutch system. Spool Lock halts rotation entirely, allowing you to apply torque to break free from snags without internal reel damage. The Auto-Clutch instantly re-engages the spool from free spool with a simple turn of the handle, ensuring lightning-fast hooksets when you get those quick, subtle bites on the drop.

Key features like the smooth, durable Cross Carbon Drag system and X-PROTECT corrosion resistance guarantee long-lasting performance in harsh saltwater environments. The S-Compact Body design improves palm fit and comfort by reducing the side plate size by 25%. Available in multiple gear ratios (like High Gear 6.3:1/6.2:1 or Power Gear 4.6:1), the SHIMANO TORIUM JIGGING SPECIAL delivers the strength, durability, and ergonomic control serious anglers demand for tuna, grouper, snapper, and other aggressive bottom fish.
