The blade is made from satin finished stainless steel then coated with titanium to strengthen the cutting edge against premature wear. The fish scale design on the non-slip grip handle features an over molded TPR surface for a secure and comfortable grip. Use the AccuSharp® 2-Step Carbide-Ceramic Knife Sharpener to sharpen your knife’s blade with just a few strokes through the coarse slot to restore the edge, and a few strokes through the fine rods to finish and polish the fine edge for a smooth sharp finish.
